Yesterday outside the Cartrack offices in Rosebank, ANCYL Greater Johannesburg Regional Chairperson Cde Nkhobo Khomongoe delivered final marching orders to members of the ANCYL and demonstrators ahead of the picket action demanding justice for Gcina Dhladhla. Cartrack remains an enemy of the youth!
