Adding biology through ultra high density is the best way I have found to get ecosystem processes functioning better. Legumes which was absent before has returned. The extreme rainy season we experienced caused the legumes to grow up high into the trees. Where no herd impact were applied, no legumes are present, and moribund grass with excessive thick leave cover on the ground, stopping germination.

Not all cattle are equal. Cattle had two jobs to fulfil, make money and heal land.

If you don’t plan to cover ground, it won’t be covered. You will end up burning it.

As a Resource Manager(conservation manager) of twenty years, it is the small things that became abundantly obvious in their importance. Managing for what it is you want, and not for what you don’t want is the difference between system healt or degradation. Between biodiversity increase or loss.
Paradigms must shift to achieve positive outcomes. One must manage for improvement.
A is a tool few Resource Managers even consider due to old narratives. The reality is, it is a biology injection.
