Water Supply Update: EMMASDAL

Please be advised that during the process of restoring and stabilizing the Ratanda water distribution network last night, our technicians identified a pipe leak within the system.

Our technical team is currently on site working tirelessly to complete the repairs as quickly as possible. Once the repair work has been finalized, water supply will be released back into the Ratanda system to allow for the restoration and stabilization of services.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate.

WATER SUPPLY UPDATE: EMMASDAL

Residents are hereby advised that the repair work has been successfully completed and water supply has been released into the Ratanda distribution system.

The restoration process is, however, taking longer than anticipated as the Emmasdal Reservoir was completely depleted and requires sufficient time to refill and stabilize. Once the reservoir reaches the required levels, water supply will gradually be restored to affected areas.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and assure residents that our teams are closely monitoring the system until full restoration is achieved.
