COPE envisions the need to build youth structures, or the willingness and capacity of young people to act collectively in expressing themselves through interaction with their party leaders and demonstrate their competence by working in line with all COPE's policies and protocol laid out towards the party's attempts to take this country forward and protect the constitution. COPE support the formation of Youth structures and movements that will provide all Youth with the opportunities to unleash a blend of knowledge, skills and attitudes that develop and are reinforced - in large part - through direct political action that attempts to address a range of social, political and economic challenges, including government corruption, unemployment, poverty, and limited and unequal education opportunities.

COPE is here to present today’s Youth with real opportunities to participate in political processes and contribute to practical solutions that advance development. COPE believe if young could be given an opportunity to organize, voice their opinions and play a meaningful role in political decision making, young people will consistently demonstrate their willingness and ability to foster positive, lasting change. COPE believe that such Youth will also become more likely to demand and defend democracy, and gain a greater sense of belonging in country.
