Little Flippers Swimming School George since 2003 Baby classes 6 m - 2 years. We also teach "Learn To Swim" and stroke teaching, as well as stroke correction. We also cater for children with special needs

Little Flippers was established in 2003 by Brigitte and Theo Janse van Vuuren. We have an indoors heated pool, with a regulated temperature of 30 degrees C throughout the year. We believe swimming stimulates the entire body, having a relaxing and soothing effect both mentally and physically. We have separate changing rooms for boys and girls, equipped with hair dryers, heat panels for the cold win

ter days and pigeon holes for storage purposes during swimming lessons. Our lessons are compiled from a well defined program. We have four Instructors, who have a passion for both children and swimming, giving your child the ultimate challenge in this life skill. Our Little Flippers swimmer gains self confidence, a positive attitude and self discipline whilst getting fit at the same time. At Little Flippers it is all about Safety, Fun and Fitness with a twist of PASSION....

Dear Parents!
Thank you for a lovely school term of swimming, getting each swimmer closer to their goal in the pool. I want to thank every parent for your support and effort to make that happen for your child. And, of course, a big shout out to all our wonderful and dedicated Instructors, you are all truly amazing - thank you so much for your love, kindness and passion you each share with every little swimmer here at Little Flippers!!!
Kindly note that we are closing tomorrow (28 March) for the school vacs, opening again on 7 April (6th being a public holiday).

Dear Parents... Little Flippers will be closed over the school vacs as from Monday, 30 June 2025 to Sunday, 20 July. We are all looking forward to some well-deserved rest and to come back all full of energy to tackle the new term!!!

To all our Parents... yet again we are saying farewell to another year. A year full of excitement and getting your little ones water safe.
Kindly note that our month of December ran from 18 November to 15 December. Thus, our last day of swimming will be Saturday, 14 December.
We are looking forward to welcoming all our swimmers back on 6 January 2025.
If you are travelling, be safe and enjoy a well deserved rest.
