Self-Sufficiency
Our reserve will operate entirely off-grid to ensure the hard work we do is not undone by our presence in the area. Living harmoniously alongside nature, we help locals do the same by providing platforms for them to sell handcraf

ted goods in the global marketplace. Transparency
Whether our volunteers are tracking wildlife populations, building eco-conscious cabins, or outreaching to local communities, we share everything with our online community, so you can be part of the project too. Followers will even have the chance to vote for their favorite volunteer. Inclusivity
We don’t believe in building walls. Working with communities inside and outside of the conservancy, our approach to curbing poaching is to provide alternative sources of income to those who desperately need it. Meanwhile, all volunteers are welcome at Wildpark Africa.

Hey 🤗 Today while exploring the area we found a descent to a beautiful waterfall 😍 We spent a lot of time on this spot relaxing and enjoying the place. Beautiful weather, the sound of the waterfall, wonderful landscape. Then from a distance we watched people practicing rock climbing. With such a view wow! ⛰️ Have a wonderful Sunday 🫶

Hey 🤗 Day one, a considerable fog in the morning made it impossible to watch the sunrise, forced a longer sleep (wonderful, sometimes it's good to sleep longer) 😋 The rest of the day was sunny, while searching for water we found a descent to a wonderful place. A waterfall with a large pool surrounded by beautiful cliffs. We spent most of the day there 😍 see for yourself how paradise here 😁

Hey 🤗 Weekend. The weather promises to be beautiful 😍 we packed our backpacks, tents, food for us and our dogs and set off to camp for a few days. We didn't have much of a plan, today we set up camp in a totally different place than we had initially envisioned. Wonderful, just us and nature. Have a peaceful weekend! 😊

Hey 🤗 The rainy day passed us cool, very delicious and productive. Karin sewed new curtains for the kitchen. The patterns we found are amazing, colorful, beautiful African patterns straight from Malawi. 😍 In the meantime, we prepared a Polish dish together - pierogi, in two versions, with vegan potato cheese and with lentils. It was yummy.😁

Hey 🤗 At Wildpark Africa, due to the rain, today we are cleaning and organising the tool room. During such weather we all also become more creative in the kitchen, So it promises to be a delicious evening 😁 Have a great day!
Hopefully in the afternoon we will be able to go for the longer walk with the dogs to the river 🐶

Housekeeping.
Let’s call it winter cleanup. Karin likes to do tidying up, by tidying up I mean a thorough cleaning and looking into everything. So, we go through all the stuff starting from the kitchen to the tool room, but most importantly storage rooms. Managed to set aside a lot of things to give away. Some damaged, others in perfect shape. It's worthwhile to go through your things sometimes, and in a place like this there are a lot of them, maybe someone else will make use of them. Well, and segregate everything that is left, so that access is easy and everything is at hand. Do you like to do a thorough cleaning? Do you give away unnecessary things to others? 🤔

Hey 🤗 Today's day got off to a very exciting start. The long-term project of the fruit and nut forest has entered the next level 🙌 We planted the first trees in the garden today, two avocado trees and an orange tree. In addition, a black berry bush and passion fruit 🌱🌱🌱🌱🫶
In a few years it will be very delicious here, oh yes 😋 With small steps to the goal 👊

Hey 🤗 At the end of the week a quiet day, a lot of rest, meditation in the rain, playing with the dogs, good food, books and walks. Wonderful regeneration, rest is very necessary for the body and soul and with such a location it is easy to get it⛰️ We wish you a wonderful evening😊

Hey 🤗 We spent today mostly in the kitchen preparing fermented vegetables, beets, pumpkin and carrots 🫙🫙🫙
Diana loves to spend time in the kitchen preparing all sorts of vegetable and fruit preserves, but she likes fermented food the most. Fermented veggies and fruits are extremely healthy, it is a natural probiotic and source of many vitamins valuable nutrients 😍 They can be stored in the refrigerator or a cool room/place for a very long time (but they disappear very quickly😅). They should regularly appear on our plates. And fermented beet juice? It's a delicious vitamin bomb 💣 Now we have to wait a few days to taste the result.
Mass production, we will take most of it with us to the Saturday market in town. I wonder how many fans they will gain, we fans we already are 😊

Hey 🤗 We have several new plants, including quite a few different kinds of mint, parsley, ginger rosemary and the first fruit trees to be planted in the garden! 🌱 It's going to be an exciting time with planting! Have a beautiful Tuesday 🥰

Hey 🤗 In the Wildpark we prepare meals together, some people cook, some eat snacks, together we listen to music, talk, laugh, sometimes play instruments and do other things 😁 An afternoon spent together is always a great idea✌️ And when the meal is ready, it's time to sit down to the feast, which is always incredibly prolonged on conversations 😅 tomorrow the bonfire 🔥 We wish you a tasty and successful evening 😋
