The SACP in South African Communist Party Moses Kotane Province mobilised the local community of Boskuil village to commemorate the Life and Times of Chris Hani Institute . This is a small village in Maquassie Hills sub district,in the JB Marks district (Dr KK) and it is the only village in history of the province that our former General Secretary Comrade Chris Tembesile Hani visited before he was cowardly assassinated in 1993. Chris was commemorated in partnership with MMEDS through joint food security community program wherein the community was handed over a half a Hector food garden and a presentation of the lecture by the 1st DGS Comrade Madala Masuku

We honor the life of his mother as a pillar of love, guidance, and wisdom, whose legacy will continue to live on through the generations she nurtured and the values she instilled. Her contribution, though often quiet and behind the scenes, forms part of the broader tapestry of our collective struggle and community life.

During this difficult time, may Comrade Sambatha and his family find comfort in the memories they shared, strength in their unity, and solace in knowing that they are not alone in their grief.
