Masiphumelele Library Masiphumelele Library -opens their doors to all who are hungry for knowledge and to bridge the digital divide.

Masiphumelele library was built by the NGO MasiCorp in 2003 and handed over to the City of Cape Town as a satellite of the neighbouring Fish Hoek Library. MasiCorp went on to build an extension and in 2010 local funding was obtained largely from Peninsula Beverages and Exclusive Books to build an Outreach centre.In 2012 the Library achieved Community Library status in the City of Cape Town.

🌊✨ What an inspiring day at Masiphumelele Library! Our "Water Wellness and Sanitation for Seniors" event brought together elders and experts from the Water and Sanitation Department for an informative session on essential services.

Seniors actively engaged, sharing their concerns about meters and more, fostering real dialogue for better community solutions. Big thanks to Lubabalo Peter for seamless translation from English to isiXhosa, ensuring everyone followed along.
