- Hump Day Beach Bootcamp - tonight at 6pm on Camps Bay Beach!

- Pilates in the Park - tomorrow afternoon 5:30pm in the Greenpoint Urban Gardens(near Virgin Active) .... perfect activity for a public holiday! Bring kids/friends/your own mat!

- Scenic Sunday hike - 8am Location to be announced

- *NEW* Big Bay Bootcamp! - LAUNCHING on Sunday at Eden on the Bay at 5:30pm! Special Sampling will be available for the opening of our Big Bay O2 Fitclub!
