INSTRUCTION:
Each UIM Ward Councillor/Candidate must produce a 10 Point Plan (their Ward’s MR FIX IT PLAN), within 30 days of 05-Nov-2021.

A. You will physically visit the ward, and compile a list of
10 clear-cut local issues.

B. You will create a report detailing each Issue (10 per Ward).

C. You will Evidence each issue by photograph, and listing
1) Address (Location of issue)
2) Date, Time, Short Description of issue
3) Accountable Local Government person, department

D. You will send Report by WhatsApp, number available to Wards
in due course.

Examples of real local issues (e.g. pot-hole, broken pipe, sewage, waste, vagrancy, failed street-lighting, broken infrastructure, Robots... etc)

MY ANSWER TO ANTI-VAC KEENAN OOSTHUIZEN (SENT TO ME VIA FB MESSENGER, TODAY)
OK, have a few minutes now! Thank you, Keenan Oosthuizen, once again for ‘your side’ support for the UIM. Yet that is the point of departure of our cordial discourse. Do You realise that the misinformation, groundless rumour-based, nonsensical logic that You are personally espousing is DANGEROUS PROPAGANDA! So, I am reporting You to the relevant authorities. People like You should be moved out of the places they lurk and exposed to the forefront so that all can see. Any Person, Group, or Party that would consider aligning themselves to the malicious highly inarticulate Anti-Vac rubbish that You espouse. Needs to seriously examine their conscience! If not, they do not deserve to be called Human! Shame on You and those that coalesce around You. Do not gamble with our People’s lives! Even the so-called experts, and the totality of intellectual property of Global Science does not know the correct recourse to mitigate C-19. Yet some buffoons on a keyboard assert they do! Stop wasting peoples time espousing baseless vitriol to Humanity. Grow-UP! SHAME ON YOU!

“On my side that goes without saying😎 just one thing though, on the contrary I've been communicating with a guy called Jarrette Petzer (an anti vaccine activist) via FACEBOOK comments earlier & emphasized to him that I solute them for all their activism of stressing out to the population why it's toxic & irrational to get vaccinated yet I don't see any political affiliation that goes with it my point being that I feel if they look at what they are doing from my perspective they should realise that they have the government in complete submission due to all their protesting against vaccination coz they don't know how to enforce this junk coz the vast majority of our nation is against it, so if they join the political platform they can actually disempower certain corrupt parties by attacking them head on alongside a movement such as ours (UIM) yet I still have another angle of modus to ensure this on different platforms 😐”

Exceeded Expectations! Specifically, UIM Party Ranking 11th, 11th, and 9th respectively in a few months only! We will be fully auditing our performance, to provided lessons learned for 2024 GE – Will publish results here.

Notwithstanding the trials and tribulations of cutting our teeth on the first political election experience, as a participant. Maybe naively, I believe we did the best we could do with what we had. As a candidate, it became self-evident to me that there was a paucity of skills, resources, time, and access to information. Yes, all very understandable, as per UIM Party inauguration, and LGE 2021 timeline, per se. I do not know much about others campaigns, but ours was total chaos! Shoot from the hip! We were in Fire, Aim, Ready mode. Yet in truth the problem-solving, people-management, resource-juggling, and social-media wrangling, gave me the highest buzz I have had in a long-time. Even though it was so wrong! I loved it! Am I going to do it again in 2024? Yes, I am! But this time more professionally, and based on lessons learnt.
Thanks once again for everyone’s support, help, and advice, we have the beginnings of a great team.

Going forward we need to understand our wins and address our issues. So, I am seeking the resources to commission a full audit of our specific LGE 2021 experience, its processes, and performance analysis, to help meet that goal. Blind luck or guessing does not do it for me. I need to understand the detail, the performance, and its improvement, as to raise the quality of what has been done. So that’s the first step – then we will decide Go or No-Go based on all the available data. I will publish the results here.
