𝗗𝗶𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗔𝗖𝗩𝗩 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆𝗱 '𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻.

Hande wat 'n kind se hand vashou, kos opskep, wonde verbind, vorms invul, tee dra, truie brei en hande uitreik na die gemeenskap - en môre weer vir diens aanmeld.
Die ACVV word sedert 1904 deur hande gelei, in elke Affiliaal regoor die Noord-, Oos-, Wes-Kaap en Noordwes-provinsie. Hier het ons die voorreg om daardie hande te vier.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘊𝘝𝘝 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦.

Hands that hold a child’s hand, dish up food, dress wounds, fill in forms, carry tea, knit jerseys, reaching out to the community - and report for duty again tomorrow.
The ACVV has been led by hands since 1904, in every Affiliate across the Northern, Eastern, Western Cape and North-West province. Here we have the privilege to celebrate those hands.

Nou, vanaand, om drie-uur die oggend. Jy hoef nie eers te weet wat om te sê nie.

Gister was dit 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗴.
'n Huis vol woorde kos niks nie. Dit is nie boeke wat 'n kind laat lees nie - dit is om iemand te 𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘀, iemand te 𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘀, en 𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀.

Ons versorgers is soos Blomme "hand picked" om te blom en te sorg waar hul geplant is.
