Mitchells Plain District Hospital is seeking assistance in identifying this patient and their family. The patient was admitted to hospital on Thursday 23 July and was brought to the facility via EMS from the Town Centre area. The patient, known only as Susan is unable to communicate.

According to the limited information available, the patient is in her 60s, and left Cape Town 23 years ago. The last known address is in the Portersville area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Patient Liaison Officer Elsbeth Adams on 021 377 4622 between 07:00 and 15:00. Alternatively contact the Matron on duty after hours on 021 377 4872.
