With the current fascination again with film photography, many do not realize that we are very fortunate to still have film in the world. With the emergence of digital photography most photo labs and several film manufacturers were forced to close. We posted this article before but here it is again for those who missed it.

It was a nervous time for film when digital cameras took off in the 1990s, but the little Lomo camera bucked the trend and became a cult classic.
