A fire fighter graduate from the prestigious South Carolina Fire Academy in the USA I started my career in fire fighting taking me all over the world doing what I have a passion for, FIRE FIGHTING. I offer professional instruction on all levels of fire training ranging from Basic and Advanced Fire Fighting to Aviation Fire Fighting. Other areas of instruction includes Safety Rep., Accident & Incident Investigation, First Level 1 and 2 and Fire Marshall.

When should first aid be provided at the workplace?

The regulation states that ”an employer shall take all reasonable steps that are necessary under the circumstances, to ensure that persons at work receive prompt first aid treatment in case of injury or emergency.”

“All reasonable steps” includes the training of employees in first aid skills by a recognized training institution.Employees and other persons in the workplace are entitled to receive prompt first aid treatment without unnecessary delay.
