Business Against Crime WC - Victim Empowerment and Support The Victim Empowerment and Support Programme (VEP) at Business Against Crime Western Cape (BACWC) has been active since 1996.

This programme is funded by Spar Western Cape and designed to assist victims of crime and related trauma in regaining confidence, restore hope and to debrief them in terms of their immediate emotion and reaction to the incident.
