I've just returned from overseas, so this is a sudden rental opening for February, as I give a one-month notice to all my tenants.

This two-room unit of R5700 pm has a small open-plan kitchen corner with a bar fridge. Separate shower, toilet, and wash basin. Hot water from a gas geyser - (gas to be paid for by the tenant). Wifi and electricity are included. We are looking for a single male, preferably without pets, and require a one-month deposit, including a genuine reference from a previous rental.

Single person only. R5500 pm plus one-month deposit and R2000 for security – a 30-day notice, NO PETS! Including a genuine reference from a previous rental.
It is close to shops and the beach and has a peaceful environment. Water, electricity, and WiFi are included in the price. Due to the cost of electricity, no washing machines or electric heaters are allowed, only gas heaters.

The unit is located close to shops and the beach in a safe and peaceful environment. The price includes water, electricity, and WiFi.
Just so you know, the unit is only for one person, and no pets are allowed.
The unit has an open-plan kitchen and bedroom with a large wardrobe for storage, a full bathroom, and a front entry room with a breakfast nook. The unit has a separate entrance and is accessible via steps from the street.
Additionally, off-street parking is available.
