On behalf of Zazulwana High School I am deeply honored to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mnquma Municipality for their outstanding efforts in organizing Water Awareness Day, planting trees, starting a library coaching program, and donating waste bins and jumping castle.

Water, the source of life, is a fundamental necessity that sustains all living beings on our planet. The initiative to raise awareness about water is crucial, as it educates individuals about the importance of preserving this precious resource for future generations.

Trees, a symbol of starting afresh and a clear future, not only provide us with oxygen and shade but also play a significant role in combating climate change. By planting trees, Mnquma Municipality is contributing to creating a healthier environment and paving the way for a sustainable future.

The establishment of a library coaching program is a commendable initiative that serves as a source of wisdom and knowledge for the community. Libraries are essential in promoting literacy, education, and intellectual growth, empowering individuals to broaden their horizons and shape a better future.

Furthermore, the donation of waste bins demonstrates the municipality's commitment to environmental sustainability and cleanliness. Proper waste management is crucial in preserving the beauty of our surroundings and reducing pollution, ultimately leading to a healthier and more vibrant community.

Playing on a jumping castle offers school learners a , social interaction fostering teamwork and cooperation, stress relief, sensory stimulation, confidence building, balance enhancement, creativity stimulation, encouragement of playtime essential for development, and most importantly, a fun and enjoyable experience contributing to their well-being and happiness.

Present from Mnquma were:
Cllr Layiti Portfolio Head Community Services

Mrs Sityebi Manager Public Amenities

Asanda Masinyane solid waste supper visor

Sive Xhomiyeza mnquma communications officer

Department of water and sanitation officials

Amathole district office officials
Mr Mnguni

In conclusion, the initiatives undertaken by the Mnquma Municipality in promoting water awareness, tree planting, library coaching, and waste management not only benefit the present generation but also lay a strong foundation for a brighter and more sustainable future. I extend my sincerest gratitude to the municipality for their dedication and efforts in creating a positive impact on our community.

Zazulwana SSS expresses gratitude to Mnquma Local Municipality for investing in our learner's future.

These officials are from the tourism department led by Mamu Mbongwana and Tatu Dilika under Mnquma Local Municipality. They visited our school for tourism awareness. Let's remember Father Nelson Mandela's words: "Any society that does not care for its children is no nation at all." These Mbokodo do not take his words lightly, as they hold immense significance.

Stakeholder involvement in schools is crucial for enhancing the learning environment and achieving long-term success. Thank you for your support!
