Congratulations to Amelia Swemmer who participated in the District Natural Science Olympiad. Amelia achieved an outstanding second place and has therefore qualified to take part in the Provincial Olympiad in August.

Our Grade 4 & 5 Robotics learners competed in the ISRL Beginner/Intermediate competition on 27 May at Redhill.
Our learners showed their stamina and grit and took the podium with their team mates in the Intermediate category:

Zander Pelser and his teammate from St Peters Girls secured third place.

Ruben Sonnekus and his teammate from St Peters Girls took second place.

Cameron Vermaak and his teammate from St Peters Girls won first place!

Congratulations to all our Grade 4 and 5 learners that participated, you held BPMS's name high and we are very proud of you!

🔬🧪 Ons Gr. 6-leerders het tydens ’n Natuurwetenskappe-les by Juf. Michaela Enslin ondersoek ingestel na die tempo waarteen stowwe oplos.

Drie groepe het praktiese eksperimente uitgevoer om te bepaal hoe temperatuur, korrelgrootte en roer/skud beïnvloed hoe vinnig ’n vastestof in ’n vloeistof oplos. 🌡️🥄📊

Die leerders het self die eksperimente uitgevoer, data versamel, waarnemings gemaak en gevolgtrekkings gevorm — ’n uitstekende voorbeeld van aktiewe leer en wetenskaplike ondersoek! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

🏉🏐 Gister het ons die jaarlikse BPMS Mini Netbal- & Rugbydag aangebied!

Ons o/6 tot o/9-maats het hul beste op die netbalbane gegee, terwyl die o/6 tot o/8-seuns groot pret op die rugbyveld gehad het. Dit was ’n dag vol sportgees, spanwerk en baie glimlagte! 😄

By BPMS glo ons dat sport nie net kinders sterker maak op die veld nie, maar ook karakter bou, selfvertroue kweek en lewenslange vriendskappe vorm. 🌟

Baie dankie aan al die skole wat deel was van hierdie heerlike dag en dit so spesiaal gemaak het.

BPMS Koor 🎼

Baie geluk aan ons Senior Koor wat Saterdag aan die Interskole Koor kompetisie deelgeneem het. Op die dag het daar 19 kore deelgeneem. In die Senior Koor kategorie het ons 3de uit 10 kore gekom en ‘n Goue sertifikaat ontvang.

Dankie vir elkeen se harde werk. Julle maak ons baie trots!

BPMS Choir 🎼

Congratulations to our Senior Choir who participated in the Interschool Choir competition on Saturday. There were 19 choirs participating on the day. In the Senior Choir category we came 3rd out of 10 choirs and received a Gold certificate.

Thank you for everyone’s hard work. You make us very proud!

Ons junior en senior koor het verlede week aan die ATKV Applous deelgeneem by Hoërskool Randburg. Beide die junior en senior koor het ‘n Silwer sertifikaat ontvang. Welgedaan aan elkeen!

Our junior and senior choir participated in the ATKV Applous last week at Hoërskool Randburg. Both the junior and senior choir received a Silver certificate. Well done to every learner!
