2nd Presentation of the review,
- I notice a few gaps like programs Msobo give “loans” financial support to small businesses, community has no comprehension of how to bring that issue to our reality – worse that’s just how business work they won’t tell you how it relates to SLP, someone with the relevant knowledge, would have ask relevant questions
- Did anyone notice ukuthi businesses that were benefiting were approximately 7, from Msobo, please remind me how much in rand value was spent on breyten businesses, of the 25 million plus, or rather do anyone see just one businessperson who looks like you and me - who looks like has a million in the pass 5years
- By the way how did they link bursaries and skill development, le icommunity ehlala ikhuluma ngako – SO SORRY, kukhulunywa ngemfundo so sindlule sangezwa nokuthi kunale detail elincane lomsebenzi if a woker is retreached what skill is he/she using while at home to live off.

- Beyond being a Cllr, I know these issues better than many people that were attending the meeting
- I have academic understanding of development, I worked in this community ngedevelopment
- 98% of people attending the meeting did not and will never know why labanga funi ngilide lomhlanagano balwa nani
- Mina as a Cllr I am considered to be neutral, HOWEVER, it is not a secret that my allegiance lies with the community – this is the mistake that happened - Msobo is the client their role is to provide answer (should there be questions), the other people are subject experts that should advice in good faith both Mboso and the community (who pays them – but it is accepted that their advice will be in good faith for both parties) example, on the issue of SG using forums to hire general workers, both experts and Msobo did not understand what was wrong about that process – there comes me as a chair giving correct context (who benefits if correct scenario is table, the community) who benefited in the meeting NO ONE
In Conclusion
We lost an opportunity ALL BECAUSE benishaya izandla, makukhuluma iningi Labantu abanga wubonanga nakancane uMasizakhe, abanye bafunda emaFlatini suddenly they are competent to talk to subjects’ way above their pay grades.
