Beneficiary Education & Allocation Verification Day at Thembelihle, Region G

Today, the City of Johannesburg Department of Human Settlements hosted a Beneficiary Education and Allocation Verification Day in Thembelihle, Region G of the City of Johannesburg.

Led by the MMC for Human Settlements, Cllr Mlungisi Mabaso, the engagement provided beneficiaries with an opportunity to receive important information on the housing allocation process, verify their details and gain a better understanding of the steps involved in accessing their housing opportunities.

Thank you to all residents and stakeholders who participated and contributed to a successful engagement.

Steps to follow when Applying for a BNG/RDP House:🏠📝

1. Visit your Provincial Department of Human Settlements or Local Municipal office. 🏛️
2. Get an RDP housing application form.📝
3. Register on the Housing Needs Database. 📂
4. Receive a reference number and application date for status checks. 🗓️
5. Remember if your Household income increase to more than R3500.01 apply for other housing subsidies e.g. (First Home Finance).🏡
