Week 7: Focus sound -g. Extension sound- x. Story- Temo and the plant thieves- Sight word- will

Our learners are exploring the sound g and were introduced to the extension sound X. They are also exposed to sight words, building their vocabulary and early reading skills. We encourage our learners to explore a variety of sounds rather than being exposed to repeated sounds only. Our print-rich language tables, filled with props, provide fun, hands-on opportunities to develop listening, speaking, vocabulary and sound-recognition skills.

What better way to prepare for Week 7 than with a hands-on adventure at the farm! 🤩 Our little Summies had the most amazing time meeting and interacting with farm animals. They got to feed them, touch them, observe them and learn more about the animals up close. 🐷🐐🐑🐴This was more than just a fun day, it was learning through play and real-life experiences. WEEK 5: MEASUREMENT. Our little Summies stars explored the exciting world of measurement! They measured their friends using their feet and hands and had lots of fun comparing different sizes. They also had the opportunity to use a balancing scale to measure and compare various objects around the classroom. Through this hands-on activity, our learners developed their understanding of measurement while learning through play and exploration
