EFF YOUTH COMMAND SENWABARWANA BRANCH

We will be assisting students with the following:

1. Capricorn TVET College Applications – Second Semester
Bring the following documents:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of parent/guardian ID
- Certified latest results
- Proof of residence

2. NSFAS Appeals Assistance
Bring along:
- ID
- Copy of ID
- Latest results

3. Textbook Support
We will be assisting students who do not have textbooks. Come through and register.

4. EFF Rally Trip Registration – Venda
Register if you want to join the EFF Rally trip to Venda.
Date of Rally: 25 July 2026
Requirement: Bring your ID

📢 EFF YOUTH COMMAND SENWABARWANA BRANCH ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

The EFF Youth Command Senwabarwana Branch will tomorrow be assisting students with different academic and student-related challenges affecting them on campus.

✅ Students who are unable to do appeals are encouraged to come for assistance. Please bring the following:
• Original ID
• ID Copy
• Latest Results

📚 Students who do not have textbooks at all are also encouraged to come and enlist so that we can assist in ensuring they receive their textbooks.

✊ Students who are interested in joining the EFF Youth Command are welcome to sign FREE membership forms at the Main Gate from 08H30 tomorrow morning.

🗳️ Those who wish to vote for the EFF Youth Command and the EFF are requested to bring along their IDs tomorrow so that we can assist them with voter registration.

Together, we fight for the rights and dignity of students.

Subject: SUPPLEMENTARY RESULTS

Kindly note that the Supplementary results will be approved by DHET on the 10th April 2026.

You are expected to receive your results from 13th April 2026, unless if the are new information you will be informed.

Those who rejected by Nsfas due to academic issues, if you pass your SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS your RESULTS will be sent to Nsfas so that you can be funded.

To qualify for Nsfas you must be doing the following number of subjects:

7/7
7/6
7/5

NB: If you are currently on 7/4,7/3,7/2,7/1, you must pass Supplementary Exam to have 7/7, 7/6, or 7/5 in order to qualify.

Those whom their statuses has moved to RR should expect their payments the date mentioned above.

For those who will be receiving for the first time it will be for February, Match and April while those who were receiving will only get allowances for April payment.

The EFF Youth Command were at MainGate today to assist students and signing new membership forms.

We can proudly announce that today 94 students has join the Red Train which brings the total of 198 Membership forms for 2026.

Students there's a programme of GBV which is currently running at Campus, it started yesterday.

After the programme they organize food for all participants,

The painful part is that the leading party(SASCO) is aware about this programme but they decided to keep quite and eat KFC alone while Students are struggling at their respective rooms.

The programme is continuing tomorrow, so be at Campus around past 10 so that you can also participate.

They claim to love students but when there's food they call their own comrades secretly, wow

Its really painful 😢 😭 😔

As the EFF we will try our level best to assist where we can since SASCO decided to put a blind eye on the students

Revolutionary greetings, students

The SRC has decimal failed to assist students effectively. There's no update, yet we're facing challenges.

Today the EFF task team decided to visit the bursary office to check the process, as statuses aren't changing.

Feedback:

1. The process of updating student statuses is ongoing. If your status isn't changing, visit the bursary office tomorrow.

2. New Accredited Accommodation:

We have new accredited accommodation, but the SRC is gatekeeping the information, causing delays of Status not changing.

3. Lack of textbook:

If you don't have textbooks, ask your lecturers for copies to study while we wait for the textbooks to arrive.

5. Students Waiting for supplementary results
Be patient, your status won't change to RR until results are out.

6. Rejected with no appeal option:

Wait for the appeal option to open after supplementary results are released.

7. Rejected status seaking for propensity Letter:

If you're Level 3 or N5 and your status is rejected your are told to get a propensity letter, visit the bursary office (propensity letters are only for exit levels N6 or Level 4).

8. Struggling with uploading banking details?
EFF task team will assist on Wednesday for April payment.

9. Provisionally funded:

You'll receive allowance in April as your status will change this month-end of March.

Good news those with "Registration Received" will get allowances from 25-27.
