Brrrr… winter has arrived ❄️💛

Colder days often mean more time indoors — but little bodies still need big movement.

A gentle winter reminder: toddlers don’t stop needing movement just because it’s chilly outside 🌿

Blanket forts, dance parties, obstacle courses and imaginative play all help children regulate, learn and have fun.

This week we're diving into 👨‍⚕️ Doctors & Dentists as we continue exploring the fascinating theme of My Body! Your little ones are becoming health experts, and they're having a blast doing it.

We're playing pretend doctor and dentist 🦷, discovering all the cool tools and equipment these helpers use, and learning the secrets to keeping our teeth sparkling clean ✨. Plus, we're becoming food detectives 🔍 to figure out which snacks are tooth-friendly superstars and which ones might give our teeth a tough time.

It's hands-on, it's fun, and your child is learning so much about taking care of themselves. Who knew that being healthy could be this entertaining? 😄
