Yesterday, I had the honor of hosting over 2,000 single mothers from Kazo Angola Parish.
We held deep and meaningful discussions on development, empowerment, and the practical solutions needed to uplift their homes and our community.

In the presence of my loving mother and Mama Gudura from the Office of the First Lady, I humbly asked these strong mothers to entrust me with their vote—and to support all NRM flag bearers in the upcoming elections.
Their unity, courage, and resilience continue to inspire my commitment to serve.

Together, we shall build a stronger, more prosperous Kawempe North

Today, I attended the Dua in memory of Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata (R.A) in Kigoogwa.
It was a spiritually uplifting gathering graced by our respected Sheikhs, including the Super Supreme M***i and Omulangira Nakibinge, who honored us as the Chief Guest.

The ceremony also brought together several distinguished Muslim political leaders such as Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, Hon. Elias Nalukoola, Hon. Ronald Balimwezo, Al-Hajj Latif Ssebagala, alongside NRM flag bearers including Hon. Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, Minister for Kampala. Their presence reflected the unity, respect, and strength within our Muslim community.

During the event, I shared updates regarding the Hajj and Umrah opportunities generously offered by the President of Uganda. I reaffirmed my full commitment to supporting the process—ensuring all required documents are organized and officially handed over to the office of our Sheikhs.

May Allah continue to guide our leaders, strengthen our unity, and keep our community firm in faith. Ameen.

Yesterday, I had the honor of hosting single mothers and widows from Kawempe 1 and Bwaise I Parishes, alongside Madam Gudura from the Office of the First Lady.
We had a heartfelt discussion on the challenges they face and explored practical solutions to empower them. It was a powerful conversation filled with hope and determination.

I also took the opportunity to ask for their support, urging them to vote for me and other NRM flag bearers from Kampala and Kawempe Division. Together, we can create a brighter future for our communities.

Let’s continue working hand in hand to uplift and support our women.

Yesterday at Basmati Sports Arena, I had the privilege of hosting youth leaders from both Kawempe North and South—young people who continue to play a vital role in shaping the future of our division. I spoke to them about unity, hard work, and staying focused as we build a stronger Kawempe together.

We were honored to have Mr. Moses Byaruhanga as our Guest of Honor. In his remarks, he appreciated the Kawempe youth leaders for their teamwork, consistency, and love for President Museveni and the NRM. He also made a powerful commitment: to fuel all Kawempe youth SACCOs—including the Kawempe Youth Leaders Coalition, Kawempe Ghetto Commanders, Kawempe District NRM Youth League, and Kawempe Division Youth Leaders SACCO—so they can start and grow small businesses that transform their lives.

The event was further graced by all NRM flag bearers from Kawempe Division, the RCC, and his deputies. Together, we reaffirmed our dedication to empowering the youth and strengthening our community for a brighter future.

Yesterday, I was truly honoured to witness the support extended by H.E. to the Boda Boda SACCOs across Kawempe Division. This initiative is a clear demonstration of the President’s commitment to empowering our hardworking men and women even before his full nomination as a presidential candidate.

I was equally privileged to stand alongside Gen. Damulira and the RCC of Kawempe as we celebrated this milestone. Together, we continue supporting efforts that uplift communities, strengthen livelihoods, and create opportunities for our people.

Hon Nambi Faridah League Cup 2025 ⚽️ Resumed in Full Spirit!

Yesterday marked an exciting day as the Hon Nambi Faridah League Cup 2025 officially resumed on two vibrant grounds—Mbogo and Kawempe. The energy, unity and passion displayed by our youth truly reminded us why investing in sports is investing in the future of our community.

As the main sponsor, I was honored to provide every participating team with brand new jerseys and footballs—a small contribution to motivate our young talents and encourage teamwork, discipline, and healthy competition.

Seeing the joy on the players’ faces, the determination on the pitch, and the overwhelming support from the fans reassures me that together, we are building a stronger and more empowered Kawempe.

A big thank you to the organizers, coaches, referees, and all supporters who continue to make this league a success. Let’s keep the spirit high as we move into the next rounds.
