Happy Grandparents Day! ❤️ Today, we celebrate the grandparents and relatives who step up every day to provide love, stability and care for the children in their lives.

This year, 27 families found a renewed sense of understanding through a monthly kinship support group that provides resources, activities and training for family members who are experiencing the joys and challenges of raising their grandchildren or the children of other relatives.

Note to self – don't buy the flimsy spaghetti noodles for the Marshmallow Tower challenge. At today's all-staff, we recognized Mission Moment Award recipients and employee anniversaries, learned about Alzheimer's research and healthy brain habits from a guest presentation with the Alzheimer's Association, and had a little fun competing in a marshmallow-and-pasta tower challenge. A great reminder that teamwork, learning and appreciation go hand in hand. 💙
