We’re back for our 3rd year at Philly Zine Fest! ✨

We’ve been quiet on here — but trust, we’ve been in the archives putting in work. Digging through deeds, photos, and maps to uncover and preserve the real history of the neighborhood.

Making zines let us share what we’re learning in real time while we keep doing the deeper preservation work behind the scenes.

Pull up, grab a copy, and connect with the history right beneath our feet. We’re bringing our newest zine, Continuity, and many more of our zines we’ve been creating since 2021. We got a whole collection now — come see what we got. 📚

Big love to — Mr. Brown local resident, educator, and BSNC community member— who’s been biking through the neighborhood capturing stories block by block- for this special edition 🚲🧡 and Our partners from who are gonna be with us all day too!

Shoutout to for having us back. Y’all know we love it over there. Salute. 🙏

🚧 Pushing to the Finish Line 🏁
At our recent panel, Beech Community Services shared a first look at the tentative renderings for the Dox Thrash House — offering a hopeful glimpse into what’s possible when community vision and partnership come together.

If realized, this revitalization could create:
🖤 Studio space for artists
🖤 Community arts programming on the first floor
🖤 A lasting space that honors Dox Thrash and uplifts Black cultural legacy

While details are still developing, our advocacy remains centered on ensuring this historic home becomes a place of art, healing, and public history. We’re committed to supporting its next chapter — wherever it leads.
