This Men's Health Week, schedule your annual wellness visit. An annual wellness visit for men is a preventive checkup focused on early detection of silent conditions like heart disease, diabetes and cancers.

An annual wellness visit includes physical measurements (height, weight, BMI), blood pressure and heart rate checks, lifestyle and mental health discussions, and age-appropriate cancer screenings and immunizations.

Even if you feel fine, you should still see your provider for regular checkups. These visits can help you avoid problems in the future. Contact your health care provider to schedule your wellness visit today.
