Russ Pond is a popular fishing destination for the whole family that is uniquely reserved for anglers ages 15 and younger. No fishing license required! 🥨🍻 We're officially four weeks out from Fort Benning MWR's Oktoberfest, y'all! 🥨🍻 Fort Benning's favorite fall tradition and the most authentic Oktoberfest in the area returns to Uchee Creek Campground & Marina from Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18! Fort Benning's annual Oktoberfest is a three-day event that features endless family-friendly fun, free live entertainment, children’s activities, competitions, and the best variety of authentic German food, music and brews.

The Maneuver Warfighter Conference brought together ⭐ maneuver leaders, 🪖warfighters, 🧑‍🏭 industry partners, & 🤓 experts to confront the challenges of the next fight.

From readiness and lethality, to strategy, emerging technology, and operational experience, the conversation was focused on one thing: preparing the force to win in a contested environment.💥

And we simply cannot forget to acknowledge those across the garrison who worked to make a success. A huge 🤗 thank you to the MCoE and Fort Benning Garrison team who supported, coordinated, and made this conference possible. From 🛬 logistics to 🏨 facilities, 🐕‍🦺 security to 🍽️ support services, y'all kept the mission moving.

But this is what happens at Fort Benning: we train for the fight, test what's next, and prepare the force to win.
