Regarding our risk reduction and response efforts, our collective mitigation plan proved highly effective, significantly minimizing casualties and preventing any untoward incidents. Notably, the availability of a Automated External defibralator (AED) was life-saving.

I would like to recognize the DRRMO, the PCF, AEMSMDH, CHAS, and our volunteer medical and rescue responders for their invaluable contributions to these efforts.

A Life-Saving Moment on Scene
As we celebrate our 30th Sinigayan Festival a critical moment happened where every second mattered, the Sagay City DRRMO TEAM together with Sagay City Primary Care Facility Stepped forward without hesitation. An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) was activated on scene turning urgency into action, and action into hope.
This is why we train. This is why we respond. Because behind every call is a life, a family, and a future worth fighting for.
Moments like these remind us that heroes don’t wait they act. And sometimes, all it takes is one device, one decision, and one team working together to make the difference between loss and life.

In line with the celebration of the Sinigayan Festival, a Meeting and Activation of the Medical Incident Management Team (MEDIC TEAM) was conducted in coordination with Sagay City Health Office, DepEd Tayo Sagay City , Aemsmdh, and SAGAY LDRRMO. 🚑
This initiative aims to strengthen coordination and ensure the readiness of medical and emergency response teams to safeguard the public during the festival activities.
Through collaboration and preparedness, our teams remain committed to providing safe, efficient, and timely medical assistance to everyone celebrating the vibrant spirit of Sinigayan Festival.
