🐦 👀 Early birds, meet the real early birds! 🐦 👀

A Wednesday morning bird walk with Friends of The San Pedro River usually yields glimpses of 30–60 different species of birds that use the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area as habitat and a migration corridor. (Pictured here: grey hawk.) Walks begin at 6 a.m. June 10 and 24 from the San Pedro House, 7 miles east of Sierra Vista on U.S. Highway 90. For more birding sites and suggestions, head to ExploreCochise.com/bird-watching.

🎸 🥁 Fans of live music always have a blast in Bisbee! 🎶

Bands are usually gigging throughout town — start in Brewery Gulch, including the legendary St. Elmo, then wander down to Subway Street to check out Legion Bar and Grill en route to see who’s on the new stage at the Bisbee Grand and downstairs at Bisbee Social Club. What are your favorite spots?

Find more Bisbee must-visits at ExploreCochise.com/bisbee.

One of the new gazebos at the Willcox "ponds", a great place to view wildlife and one of the major areas, along with Whitewater, for wintering Sandhill Cranes. Right now they're having visiting rarities.

🤠🏜️ Well, shoot! 🏜️🤠

Visit Tombstone over Memorial Day Weekend and enjoy the adventures of the Old West during Wyatt Earp Days, honoring one of the town’s most famous lawmen. Historic Allen Street will be bustling all weekend with a chili cookoff and raffles, and a professionally costumed cast of more than 30 reenactors from Arizona Gunfighters will re-create the legendary gunfight near the O.K. Corral twice daily May 24 and 25.
