The Kent County Master Gardeners recently awarded three $2,000 scholarships to local students for the 2026–2027 academic year. The scholarship recipients and their families were recognized during the volunteers' annual June Scholarship Dinner Meeting, where the students in attendance shared remarks about their educational goals and future plans.

The scholarships are funded through proceeds from the annual Kent County Master Gardener Scholarship Plant Sale, held each spring.
