Dahil sa nakatakdang power interruption sa nasabing araw (May 25, 2023) mula 6:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng hapon, kanselado po ang klase sa lahat ng antas (pampubliko at pampribadong paaralan) at ang trabaho sa Gobyerno sa Bayan ng Santo Domingo. Sa lahat po ng kukuha ng anumang dokumento mula sa aming tanggapan gaya ng "certified true copy ng tax declaration o anumang sertipakasyon, mangyari lamang po na humingi ng "authorization/SPA na magmumula sa may-ari ng ari-ariang kanilang kinukuhanan ng nasabing mga dokumento. Base po ito sa ipinalabas na "Office Order No. 01" galing sa Provincial Assessor's Office para sa lahat ng Municipal Assessors ng Lalawigan ng Nueva Ecija. Maraming salamat po!

Sec. 203, RA 7160. DUTY OF PERSON ACQUIRING REAL PROPERTY OR MAKING IMPROVEMENT THEREON. - It shall also be the duty of any person, or his authorized representative, acquiring at any time real property in any municipality or city or making improvement of real property, to prepare, or cause to be prepared, and file with the Provincial, City or Municipal assessor, a sworn statement declaring the true value of subject property, within sixty (60) days after the acquisition of such property or upon completion or occupancy of the improvement, whichever comes earlier.
