I’m so excited to share our upcoming one-day workshop designed to empower young people aged 14–18 with the skills they need to confidently step into real-world independence!

Led by Jack Thomson Social Worker & Behaviour Support Practitioner at Anala, this program is packed with practical, evidence-based strategies that teens can actually use in everyday life.

What participants will gain:

âś… Develop employment and study readiness
âś… Learn real-life money management & budgeting tools
âś… Strengthen decision-making & planning abilities

Help young athletes unlock their full potential—on and off the field!

Anala is now delivering an engaging, practical workshop designed for individual and team sport athletes aged 12–18, building the mental skills they need to thrive in sport and life.

What they’ll learn:

âś… Understand and control emotions in training & competition
âś… Build strategies to handle setbacks and challenges
