Happy ! This might seem like just a picture of any ol' library aisle, but do you see all those colored pieces of paper? Those are alerting us that one of our newer work study students put an item there, so we can check and ensure things are going back in the correct spot. These pieces of paper in particular represent a musical theatre vocal score that was used! I love how much our Brind School MT students use our collection!

to 2014, where we see emeritus faculty member William Daley posing in the Greenfield Library with his book, "William Daley: Ceramic Artist" (linkin.bio). The whole University community, including your UArts Libraries staff, was saddened to learn of his passing earlier this month. To quote the UArts in remembrance announcement, "For nearly 40 years, Daley was an important and influential figure at UArts, where his studio practice intertwined with his life as an arts educator." The announcement also recommends watching the documentary "Mud Architect," which will be shown via PhillyCAM.org on Thursday, March 31. If you would like to get a jump start, we also have it on DVD, just ask for call number GD944.
