It's National CPR and AED Awareness Week. ❤️

Did you know that cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the world? When a person has a cardiac arrest, their survival depends on receiving CPR immediately.

If you encounter somebody in cardiac arrest, it's important that you:

1. Call 911 📞
2. Have somebody find an AED ⚡
3. Begin CPR (hands-only is fine!) 👐

By taking the time to learn CPR and prepare yourself, you could go from being a bystander to a lifesaver.
