The Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Region 1 in partnership with Virtualahan, Inc., through its ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฃ๐จ๐๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ, is offering an ONLINE DIGITAL TRAINING or International Services and Technical skills combined to support persons with disabilities, out of school youths, solo parents, rebel returnees and indigenous people from the region.
This FREE training will provide you with skills to be more hireable.
Virtualahan, Inc. is a social enterprise that breaks down employment barriers for PWD using technology by providing them with digital skills to work as online service providers in the outsourcing industry. They also work towards an inclusive, productive, productive, sustainable, and meaningful workplace that is free from discrimination.

โ๏ธ Can commit to ten weeks of training and two monthsโ additional employment support
โ๏ธ Currently unemployed or underemployed
โ๏ธ A working computer preferably windows 10 and up with a min 8GB RAM
โ๏ธ Stable internet connection preferably at least 10 MBPs
โ๏ธ Quiet working station/home office
โ๏ธ A government-issued ID
โ๏ธ A Letter of Intent explaining your situation
โ๏ธ Formal Picture for your Student Profile
โ๏ธ Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
โ๏ธ Good English comprehension
โ๏ธ A passion for learning
โ๏ธ A self-starter and independent
โ๏ธ A positive attitude and willingness to give back to the community
โ๏ธ Scholarship Requirements for Persons with Disability
โ๏ธ Valid PWD ID and/or medical abstract signed by a licensed physician *if applicable
โ๏ธ Valid Solo Parent ID (if applicable)
โ๏ธ Out of school youth ( last school registration) *if applicable
โ๏ธ Must pass all the basic requirements
