🤠 Boots were scootin' at Lincoln Park! John Pemberton and Line Dance Therapy with Tammy had Lincoln Park moving for an unforgettable evening of country music, dancing, and Selma Live energy.

Thank you to everyone who came out, danced, sang along, and spent the evening with us. Seeing families, friends, and neighbors enjoying a night of free entertainment is what Selma Live! is all about.

🏈 These Boys & Girls Club athletes are headed to the national stage! ✈️ After winning the 49ers NFL FLAG Pacific Regional Tournament, this talented team has earned a trip to the 2026 NFL FLAG Championships in Indiana. 🙌

Several of these athletes call Selma home, and we couldn't be prouder to see them represent Fresno County on one of youth football's biggest stages. 💙💛

Last week, the Selma City Council recognized two outstanding achievements.

Officer Lance Pearce was honored for his retirement after 20 years with the Selma Police Department. During his career, Lance served as a Field Training Officer, School Resource Chaplain, and instructor, while earning honors including a Life Saving Commendation, the AVOID DUI Award, and recognition from the California State Legislature. His service has made a lasting impact on the Selma community.

The Council also recognized the City’s Parks Master Plan for receiving the 2026 Planning Award of Excellence from the Central California APA Chapter, recognizing the vision and planning that will help guide future improvements to Selma’s parks and recreation system.

Movie night is back in Selma! 🍿🎬 Join SPARCS for the first movie in the Summer Series as Disney Pixar’s Coco comes to Lincoln Park. These free family nights give kids and families a chance to get outside, enjoy a movie, and spend time together right here in Selma.
