After Activity Report re Orientation on Drug Free Workplace Policy
Program for Private Sector and Drug Abuse Preventive Education
Lecture ( Day 3 )

On February 24, 2026 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning personnel of CADAC LGU Panabo City under the supervision of Hon Jose E. Relampagos City Mayor.

Conducted orientation on Drug Free Workplace Policy Program for Private Sector and Drug Abuse Preventive Education lecture to the employees of Davao International Container Terminal (DICT) Inc, Brgy San Pedro, Panabo City together with Mr Jeffrey Cutamura, HCM Superintendent.

In compliance with the Dept of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Dept Order Nr 37-03 series 2002 Drug Free Workplace Policy Program for Private Sector. Topics Discussed were: Guidelines and Policies of Drug Free Workplace, Ill effects of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalias and penalties in violation of RA 9165. Said activity held at the DICT Training room.

Relampagos City Mayor conducted orientation on Drug Free Workplace Policy Program for Private Sector and Drug Abuse Preventive Education lecture to the employees of Davao International Container Terminal (DICT) Inc, Brgy San Pedro, Panabo City together with MC Kronnies S Malhin, RN Occupational Safety Officer. In compliance with the Dept of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Dept Order Nr 37-03 series 2002 Drug Free Workplace Policy Program for Private Sector. Topics Discussed were: Guidelines and Policies of Drug Free Workplace, Ill effects of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalias and penalties in violation of RA 9165. Said activity held at the DICT Training room.

After Activity Report re observance of National Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week of CY 2025

Day 2 - Drug Abuse Preventive Education

On November 18, 2025 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning CADAC LGU Panabo City, under the supervision of Hon Jose Relampagos, City Mayor together with Bureau of Jail Mgt and Penology headed by JCINSP ERWIN ESDIN, Jail Warden BJMP, Panabo conducted Drug Abuse Preventive Education in connection with the observance of National Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week CY 2025 with the Theme: “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kalusugan ay Pinapahalagahan Droga ay Inaayawan” to the Person Deprive of Liberty. Topics discussed were: Salient Provision of RA 9165, Drug Paraphernalias, Types of Illegal drugs, Effects and Penalties of Illegal Drugs. Said activity held at the activity center of BJMP Compound.

On November 17, 2025 at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) ) in collaboration with the City Youth Development Section headed by Lester John Bulfanco, LPT, CHRA and Mr Cris John Sumaya, RN, NDEP Coordinator DepED Division, Panabo City conducted Poster Making Contest in connection with the celebration of National Drug Prevention and Control Week CY 2025 with the Theme: “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kalusugan ay Pinapahalagahan Droga ay Inaayawan” . Said activity were participated by the students of private and public school in different categories such as Elementary, Junior, Senior high school and College the winner were properly determined by a competent judges in private and government sector for the winner of the contest of the following judges were IAIII Julius Magdadaro, Asst Prov’l Officer, PDEA Davao del Norte, Mr Cris John Sumaya, RN, NDEP Coordinator DepED Division, Panabo City and Ms Jureina Cimafranca, Founder, GUHIT Kamay Young Artist of Panabo City. Said activity held at Freedom Park Gym Brgy New Pandan.
