Yesterday in the damp Irish weather I cocooned and wrote the final conclusion for my chapter in the Voices of Seven book 📖 This is also is the formulation of my keynote speech “The Power of Trauma” that I will deliver to a live audience in New York City on 7th November 2024 alongside these other excellent speakers 💪🎤🗽

What a powerful image!

Supporting our children in the online world sometimes means taking a look at our own usage. How often are we so distracted by our phones that our children have to vie for our attention? How often do we stop mid conversation to respond to our phones? How often do we respond to our children’s questions without shifting our gaze from our phone screen?
