CID Chief Aladin Dobinto, PhD, together with PSDS Delarosa Delmas, conducted monitoring visits to CARAA host schools to ensure readiness and proper coordination of activities. Among the schools visited was Tawang Integrated School.

While they are in our school, the two officials also reviewed the results of the CRLA. They provided technical assistance to school personnel on the proper reporting of BOSY and MOSY CRLA results to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data.

Dr. Dobinto emphasized that we should not focus solely on learners classified under the low emerging level. He stressed the importance of giving equal attention to pupils who belong to the higher proficiency levels such as high emerging, developing, and transitioning.

“We must not only concentrate on pupils belonging to the low emerging level,” Dobinto said. “We should also give attention to those in the high emerging, developing, and transitioning levels to further enhance their skills and sustain their progress.”

The monitoring activity highlights the Schools Division’s continued commitment to both academic excellence and effective reporting systems, ensuring that all learners receive the support they need to succeed.
