✅ The national statement delivered by DPM and MFA Antonio Tajani during the General Debate of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly.
✅ DPM Tajani’s participation in the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution 🕊️; his remarks at the UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine 🇺🇦; and his participation in the dialogue “Advancing Europe-Gulf Partnerships for Regional Security and Prosperity”;
✅ The mobilization of $3.5 billion in financing for the Global Partnership for during an event co-organized by 🇮🇹 and 🇳🇬 , featuring a video message from PM Giorgia Meloni, opening remarks by DPM Tajani and closing remarks by Minister Valditara. Malala Yousafzai also attended
✅ DPM Tajani hosted the Friends of the Western Balkans breakfast, with the participation of President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola 🇪🇺;
✅ 🇮🇹 Italy and 🇭🇷 Croatia jointly organized the ++ Ministerial Meeting, in the Rome Coalition format, focusing on access to fertilizers and food security;
✅ Deputy Minister Edmondo Cirielli participated in several high-level events, including the meeting of the Uniting for Consensus group on reforming the UN Security Council to make it more democratic, representative and effective; the event on Gaza Early Recovery and the side event co-organized by Italy, Greece and EPLO on the protection of cultural heritage at risk 🏺🛡️;
✅ Undersecretary Maria Tripodi took part in a number of engagements, ranging from international support for peace, unity and prosperity in Libya 🇱🇾 to the situation in , as well as the high-level event on the Women, Peace and Security ( ) agenda and the EU–CELAC meeting;
✅ Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica Undersecretary Claudio Barbaro participated in key meetings on oceans, water, sea-level rise, and climate disaster prevention and mitigation, reaffirming Italy’s commitment to addressing global environmental challenges 🌊🌱.
