Directly from farm to table!
On this platform we would like to share the connection between farm and food production.

Over the spring to summer seasons we will be sharing what we can grow, how to use the foods we harvest and some ideas in preserving them to avoid any waste.

We have now started harvesting our celery.
This time around, the celery was planted earlier, end of autumn/beginning of last winter. This resulted in much bigger crops!
Here’s something you can (aside from freezing them) do if you have too much celery growing at once and want to avoid them bolting.

Every once in a while we like to start the day with a fresh and full body celery juice. All those electrolytes remineralizes the body bright and early. Great for digestion due to its polysaccharides and can help flush out the system.
Next tip will be drying the celery leaves and using it as dried herbs to season dishes!

Nothing beats the feelings of growing your own food! Big quantities, small quantities, perfect shaped, weird shaped…everything under the rainbow! Here lies part of the revolution 🌱 planting your seeds, growing your food, eating healthy fruits and vegetables. If it were done right worldwide, us wouldn’t need to prove our production is natural, free from pesticides and chemicals. People/farmers that use glyphosate, chemical fertilizers, contribute to climate pollution, support genetically modified crops should be the ones that need to certify their products as UNSAFE and pay yearly taxes. Not the other way around! Hopefully we can change this reality and empower ourselves by supporting locals small farmers, BECOMING farmers, saving seeds or simply sharing information and doing whatever is in our power to make a change. 🌎🌍🌏

Our new olive picking/olive oil making video is up!!
It’s been a busy winter start! We’ve picked for about 2 months and got one of the tastiest olive oil ever. Cold pressed organic oil picked with love! Our little community living is growing and sharing our lifestyle with close ones is something we’re so grateful for. Our arms are wide open to receive all that 2024 has to offer. Much love and blessings to all 💚🫒🎆

Our organic extra virgin olive oil is in the making!! Let’s see how much we can harvest this season! So far our first batch has such a bright vibrant green color and the flavor is incredible! A touch of spiciness and rich olive aroma 😋🤤 it’s going to be a great olive harvest season!! 💚💚
