Hoi An International Food Festival Hoi An International Food Festival (HOIANIFF) Hoi An International Food Festival will take place from 14-20th March 2016.

For one week Hoi An will be transformed into a truly international culinary destination. Twelve international chefs will bring their countries food to some of Hoi An's best restaurants. The whole event wrapped up for another year. Japanese chef Nakamura Takahito named champion. Lots of cooking, singing, dancing and Cao Lau. Thanks to everyone for making this such a great event. Until next time, hen gap lai!

First Prize (Overall Winner) Nakamura Takahito (Japan), Second Prize (Most Creative) F***y Goh Fhen Nee (Malaysia), Third Prize (Best Flavour) Hoàng Thị Ánh Tuyết (Vietnam).
The awards ceremony was wrapped up with a stage show with music and dance.
