E-Guardian President Takatani Yasuhisa: Outsourcing Industry "At a Turning Point Due to the Rise of AI"

E-Guardian is rushing to transition its core Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. The company has grown by taking on outsourced work from businesses and local governments, but there is a concern* that outsourced projects will decrease in the future if artificial intelligence (AI) takes over these tasks. President Yasuhisa Takatani has indicated his intention to respond by incorporating AI to enhance efficiency.
