V/v: Tổ chức làm thủ tục gia hạn/đổi Thẻ Căn cước Quốc gia điện tử Ma-rốc (CNIE) tại Hà Nội

Đại sứ quán Vương quốc Ma-rốc tại Hà Nội trân trọng thông báo đến công dân Ma-rốc đang cư trú tại Việt Nam về việc tổ chức đợt gia hạn/đổi Thẻ Căn cước Quốc gia điện tử (CNIE), có lấy dấu vân tay.

1) Thời gian – địa điểm

* Thời gian: từ Thứ Năm 16/4/2026 đến Thứ Hai 20/4/2026
* Giờ làm việc: 09:30 – 16:00 (sau giờ cầu nguyện)
* Riêng Thứ Bảy: làm việc đến khoảng 13:00
* Địa điểm: Trụ sở Đại sứ quán Vương quốc Ma-rốc tại Hà Nội

2) Yêu cầu bắt buộc

Công dân vui lòng đặt lịch hẹn trước tại:

* https://rdv.consulat.ma

3) Hồ sơ cần chuẩn bị

Khi đến Đại sứ quán, đề nghị mang theo:

* (1) Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký lãnh sự (đối với người đã đăng ký); hoặc hồ sơ cần thiết để hoàn tất đăng ký lãnh sự (đối với người chưa đăng ký)
* (2) 04 ảnh thẻ mới: ảnh màu, nền xám hoặc xanh dương nhạt, kích thước 3,5 x 4,5 cm, khuôn mặt 2,9 cm
* (3) Thẻ CNIE cũ (trường hợp gia hạn/đổi); hoặc
* Giấy khai báo mất/giấy xác nhận mất hoặc bị trộm do cơ quan địa phương cấp; hoặc
* Khai báo mất lập tại Đại sứ quán
* (4) Lệ phí theo quy định

Morocco–Vietnam: 65 Years of Friendship, Shared Memory, and History (1961–2026)
Commemorative video honors “Anh Ma,” Moroccan–Vietnamese solidarity, and the Gate of Morocco in Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City — In celebration of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (27 March 1961 – 27 March 2026), the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Morocco in Ho Chi Minh City proudly shares a commemorative video released by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Vietnam—dedicated to a deeply human and singular chapter in the shared history of our two countries.

At the heart of this story is Mohamed Ben Omar Lahrech, affectionately known in Vietnam as “Anh Ma.” The video highlights the commitment of Moroccan soldiers who, during the Indochina War, chose to stand alongside the Vietnamese people in their struggle for independence. It also traces the origins and enduring symbolism of the Gate of Morocco in Vietnam—a living tribute to solidarity, memory, and a friendship that continues to grow across generations.

“This anniversary reminds us that Morocco–Vietnam friendship is not only diplomacy and formal agreements—it is also shared values and shared human stories,” said Doan Huu Duc (HCG), Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco in Ho Chi Minh City. “As we honor the past, we also renew our commitment to expand cooperation in culture, education, tourism, and business—building new bridges between our people, especially for the next generation.”

🇲🇦🇻🇳 65 Years of Morocco–Vietnam Friendship (1961–2026)

This year marks the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (27 March 1961 – 27 March 2026).

To honor this milestone, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Vietnam has shared a commemorative video telling a deeply human story: Mohamed Ben Omar Lahrech (“Anh Ma”) and the Moroccan soldiers who stood alongside the Vietnamese people during the struggle for independence—together with the powerful symbol of the Gate of Morocco in Vietnam, built as a tribute to shared memory and enduring solidarity.

From the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Morocco in Ho Chi Minh City, we proudly celebrate this history—and look forward to expanding Morocco–Vietnam cooperation in culture, education, tourism, and business for the next generation. 🤝
