🇮🇹 A historic first for the Italian Cooperation in Timor-Leste

✅For the first time, AICS Hanoi carried out a mission to Timor-Leste. The mission had a key objective:
🔜 to define the foundations of a future initiative supporting the digitalization of the justice sector, an EU-funded project to which Italy 🇮🇹 is ready to contribute with its expertise and vision.

👉 Digitalization is often perceived as a technical process, but at its core there is a human one: ensuring that every citizen, from the capital to the most remote districts, can access their rights with transparency and efficiency.

💡 Modernizing the justice system means strengthening transparency, improving efficiency, and building citizens’ trust — an essential step for the country’s long-term development.
