Make Your Voice Heard Before the Comment Period Closes

The Virgin Islands Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) reminds the public that TODAY, September 11, 2026, is the final day to submit comments on the proposed Rules and Regulations for Intoxicating H**p and Artificially Derived Cannabinoids.

The proposed regulations remain available for public review, and OCR encourages all interested stakeholders and members of the community to participate in the public comment process.

📅 PUBLIC COMMENT DEADLINE: TODAY — SEPTEMBER 11, 2026

If you have not yet submitted your comments, now is your final opportunity to do so. Comments may be submitted through the OCR website during the public comment period.

All comments received by the close of the public comment period today will be considered as part of the rulemaking process.
