A subject that many women of color choose to skip over is mental health. What is it? What does it look like? Is it the same for everyone and if it isn't how do we identify it?

GoalFriends this may be a tough one just before our beautiful Jonelle's event tonight, but this is definitely therapy OUR WAY! Much like every week, we will dive deep and unpack some things from different perspectives. We may laugh, cry, disagree, but we always respect each others' perspectives and allow this to continue being a safe space! ‼️TODAY‼️ Meet us at 6:00 PM in the beautiful Oval meeting space on the 3rd floor of the The Inn on Sheridan (also known as the Inn at Market Square). The love that our (my own) community has graciously shown us in the city of Zion is unmatched. This is where I went to school since a little girl, grew up at (2207 Horeb), have some of the greatest memories and also have come forward to place full efforts in helping this very city, those in need and its surrounding areas. This city has done so much for Women Enuff, Inc and we are forever grateful - Now we utilize the services provided to create an even greater initiative! More to come!!!

Goal Talk: With A Little Shade (melanin that is) ❤

As Goalfriends, getting things off our chest is important, but gaining advice from those who have been through similar situations, hardships and grief is even more important! Friendships, relationships, work, school, kids, losses, etc... All of this affects our mental health DAILY and how we deal with it can affect those around us.

Join us as we unpack August and move into September with a fresh start. This is an OPEN session for young ladies and women 16 years of age and over. I was asked this past weekend about our group mentoring the teen girls and we will be rolling out a new program for that this month, so be on the lookout! In the meantime, young ladies (16+)... JOIN US... If you need a ride, text (224) 441-4610 by 5:00 PM and we will arrange for one of our Goalfriends to pick you up and drop you off.

TONIGHT! Open to new Women Enuff, Inc at a new location! Come out, bring your daughters and lady friends :-)

This group was specifically designed for women like us! Women who are looking for a supportive community where they can feel safe and understood. Since the start of the year, this group has surpassed all of our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Our main focus is on raising awareness about traumas and triggers, and finding healthy ways to cope with them. Whether we need to have a good cry, vent, or just let out our frustrations, we know that we have a judgment-free space to do so. Thanks to our amazing , we are able to face each week with confidence and strength.
