Our deepest condolences for the family, friends, and coworkers of the two Nevada Department of Public Safety officers that were killed early this morning while assisting a motorist.

Last week Captain Fine and Engineer Koeck attended a rescue swimmer class in Washington to better serve the Lake Tahoe community. Engineer Koeck passed with flying colors of course and Captain Fine… well… he passed…. A big thanks to and all the instructors for putting on such a great course.

It’s not only in movies….Truck 21 responded and rescued a cat stuck in a tree! Unfortunately we were not able to locate the owner of the cat. If anyone in the upper kingsbury area is missing a cat, reach out to us. 🐈🌲🚒

TD units responded to a small fire early this morning in Glenbrook. They were able to get ahold of it pretty quick and stop the spread. Good work boys! 🤘🏽

We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to report the loss of our Local 2441 brother Nick Robidart. Nick was a one of the good ones! His humor and quick wit kept everyone laughing around the firehouse. Your presence will be missed, but your memory will live on in all of the amazing stories we will tell! Please keep Nick’s family, friends, and L2441 brothers in your thoughts during this difficult time. Memorial information to follow.
