The next scheduled meeting will be July 9, 2026.

The Pike County Real and Personal Property Assessment Notices will be officially mailed out on June 1, 2026.

If you plan to file an appeal regarding your assessment, please note that the strict deadline to do so is July 16, 2026.

If you have any questions, need clarification, or have concerns about your notice, the local Tax Assessors office is ready to help. Give them a call at 770-567-2002.

The Pike County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing regarding the FY 2026/2027 Budget on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.

The Public Hearing will take place in the Main Courtroom of the Pike County Courthouse, located at: 16001 Barnesville Street, Zebulon, GA

Citizens are highly encouraged to attend.

🚧 Public Notice Ranchland Estates Dam Access 🚧

Beginning this morning, Pike County Public Works will be installing fencing on both sides of the dam at the lake in Ranchland Estates. This measure is being put in place to prevent traffic from crossing the dam onto private property.

Both roads leading to the dam are dead ends and include cul-de-sacs to allow for safe turning around.

We understand this change may be an adjustment for some residents and could raise questions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
